Second Step:-
ACTION TO BE TAKEN BY SHAREHOLDERS
- Demat Account to be opened with DP in NSDL / CDSL depending upon the ISIN taken by Company
- Farsight is DP both NSDL/CDSL you can open account as per your choice.
- Individual can open online account e-Kyc.
- Original shares certificate to be handed over to DP for Demat
